ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order 24.03.2023 passed in W.P.No.9102 of 2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent/Contemnor submits that the order under Contempt has been complied with, vide proceedings in e.f.vz;.m7/3290/2019 dated 24.08.2023 and the said order has been produced before this Court.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court is of the view that there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent/Contemnor. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
