O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for the disobedience in complying the order passed by this Court dated 18.02.2019 thereby directed the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.47 of 2016 within a period of three months.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that they have completed the entire investigation and about to file a final report.

3. Considering the above submissions made by the learned Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to file final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
