This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 19.06.2023 in CRP.No.36 of 2022 on the file of I Additional District and Sessions Court, Salem confirming the order dated 01.11.2022 in C.M.P.No.3705 of 2022 in C.C.No.208 of 2019 on the file of District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Edappadi.
