RESPONDENTS Prayer: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to Call for the records in the proceedings of the first respondent vide A.Ti.Mu.No.1655/A4/2013 dated 27/06/2013 and quash the same and directing the first respondent to permit the petitioner to pursue M.Sc Zoology a Post Graduation Course while in service at Vinayaga Mission University through Distance Education Method and to grant the consequential benefits.
