This Court during the earlier hearing on 27.09.2019 had passed the following self explanatory order:
"The marriage of the Petitioner which had been registered by the Respondents had taken place on 09.02.2012. However, the certificate of marriage has been dated as 09.01.2012. In view of the aforesaid Rule, the Second Respondent shall consider the representation dated 04.07.2019 and issue corrected marriage certificate and produce the same before this Court on the next hearing.
Post the matter on 31.10.2019."
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the Respondents submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, necessary corrections have been made in marriage certificate of the Petitioner.
