ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.06.2019 within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Heard Mr.D.Ponventhan, learned counsel appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, pass orders to survey the land comprised in Old Survey No.4/1B, New Survey No.431/4 and 431/9, ad-measuring 0.50 acres, situated at GLRS No.18, Wellington Lurdhupuram, Wellington Cantonment, Coonoor Rural, Coonoor Sub-Registration Office, Nilgiris Registration District, Nilgiris District, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
