Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to issue a legal heir certificate to petitioner and petitioner's daughters namely Pachaiyammal and Shanthi as legal heirs of deceased petitioner's husband namely Mr.Late.Annamalai, based upon the representation dated 10-07-2023.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks a legal heir certificate for herself and her two daughters as the legal heirs of one Annamalai and the online Application is pending consideration of the second respondent for more than a month now.

3.The Second Respondent is now required to dispose of the petitioner's Application dated 10.07.2023 within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
