The petitioner seeks a legal heir certificate for herself and her two daughters as the legal heirs of one Annamalai and the online Application is pending consideration of the second respondent for more than a month now.

3.The Second Respondent is now required to dispose of the petitioner's Application dated 10.07.2023 within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
