ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 & 3 to take steps to survey, measure and mark boundaries of the petitioner's lands on the basis of the payment made by the petitioner dated 08.02.2021 by way of challan, within the time frame fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner submitted application to survey his property. He also paid requisite fees before the official concerned.

3. Considering the above, the respondents 2 & 3 are directed to survey the petitioner's property based on the challan paid by the petitioner on 08.02.2021 after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and fix boundary stones within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
