The Writ Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to restore W.P.Nos.

27832 of 2014 and 15826 of 2015 which were dismissed for default on 01.08.2022.

2. On being satisfied with the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the Writ Miscellaneous Petitions stand ordered.

Consequently, the Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos. 27832 of 2014 and 15826 of 2015 are restored.

3. Post the Writ Petitions for final disposal on 07.12.2022.
