Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.03.2016 submitted for the cancellation of appointment order in the name Mrs.Shanthi and to appoint the petitioner in the post of meal organizer at Primary School at Melpettai Village, Vembakkam Panchayat Union and to pass appropriate orders.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition stating that the impugned order has to be challenged by the petitioner and the petitioner reserves her liberty to file a fresh writ challenging the impugned order. 2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also in view of the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order, if he is so advised. No costs.
