ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 04.01.2021 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cancel the patta granted in favour of the 6th respondent in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.279/3A (279/1), Paruthipattu Village, Avadi, Thiruvallur District. 2.

Heard, Ms.AL.Ganthimathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

Without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry on the appeal filed by the petitioner to cancel the patta issued in favour of the fifth and sixth respondents herein in Na.Ka.No.907/2021/No.1, dated 11.01.2021, after issuance of notice to the fifth and sixth respondents and after giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
