The petitioner seeks to bring on record the respondents 4 to 6 herein as the respondents 4 to 6 in the Writ Petition as LRs' of the 3rd respondent, who had died on 02.11.2019. The death certificate and the legal heirship certificate of the deceased have been produced. 2.Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support the petition, this petition is ordered, the respondents 4 to 6 herein are brought on record as respondents 4 to 6 in the Writ Petition. 3.Registry is directed to issue notice to the respondents 4 to 6 in the Writ Petition for the hearing on 11.10.2022. Private notice is also permitted.
