JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. The writ appeal has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge in quashing the impugned order passed by the first appellant.

3. The issue relates to the disciplinary action initiated by the appellants as against the respondent for his absence from duty during the period from 13.5.2002 to 19.10.2003 on health grounds and the consequent punishment imposed by the appellant.

4. It is now brought to the notice of this court by the learned Special Government Pleader that in furtherance of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order passed by the learned Single Judge, the period of absence of the respondent had been regularised and a copy of G.O.(D) No.520 Home (Tr.(I) Department, dated 8.6.2011 has been produced in this regard.

5. In that view of the matter, the writ appeal become infructuous and accordingly, it is disposed of. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
