ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.09.2021 to measure and ear mark the boundaries of the property comprised in S.F.No.360/1A to an extent of 0.93.5 Hectare or 2.31 Acre, S.F.No.360/1C to an extent of 0.12.0 Hectare or 0.30 cents and S.F.No.360/2A1 to extent of 0.06.5 Hectare or 0.16 cents, totally 2.77 Acre, situated at Jallipatti village, Anaimalai Taluk, Coimbatore District.

2. Heard, Mr.M.Mariappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner filed an application on 27.09.2021, to measure and ear mark the boundaries of the property comprised in S.F.No.360/1A to an extent of 0.93.5 Hectare or 2.31 Acre, S.F.No.360/1C to an extent of 0.12.0 Hectare or 0.30 cents and S.F.No.360/2A1 to extent of 0.06.5 Hectare or 0.16 cents, totally 2.77 Acre situated at Jallipatti village, Anaimalai Taluk, Coimbatore District, before the respondent. The petitioner also paid requisite fee to measure the subject property before the respondent by a challan dated 28.06.2021.

Considering the above, the respondent is directed to survey and ear mark the boundaries of the property comprised in S.F.No.360/1A to an extent of 0.93.5 Hectare or 2.31 Acre, S.F.No.360/1C to an extent of 0.12.0 Hectare or 0.30 cents and S.F.No.360/2A1 to extent of 0.06.5 Hectare or 0.16 cents, totally 2.77 Acre situated at Jallipatti village, Anaimalai Taluk, Coimbatore District, after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and the counter parties, if any, shall pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
