This petition has been filed to set the order dated 22.08.2022 in and by which the writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution and to restore the above writ petition, which was dismissed for non-prosecution, to file. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the writ petition in W.P.No.18203 of 2009 is restored to file.
