ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 31.01.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.1884 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents to pass appropriate orders in the light of the order dated 03.08.2023 in W.P.No.21349 of 2023, as the benefits have been extended to similarly placed persons, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent issued order in G.O.(2D)No.109 Environment, Climate change and Forests (FR.2(ii)) Department dated 02.06.2025 and he also produced a copy of the order dated 02.06.2025, before this Court.
