ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 10.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.19160 of 2024, thereby directing the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the promotion panel for the year 2011-2012 and promote him as a Forester from the date on which his juniors were promoted on notional basis, within a period of four weeks. 2.
The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court dated 10.07.2024, the respondents preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.3284 of 2025 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has granted an interim stay by an order dated 04.11.2025. 3.
In view of the above submission, at present, the Contempt Petition stands closed. The petitioner is at liberty to revive the contempt petition subject to the result of the Writ Appeal. 05.11.2025 Index : Yes/No : Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order rts
