O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam to conclude the trial in C.C.No.56 of 2014, pending on his file within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Today, Mr.I.Babu, HC 485, C5 Brammadesam Police Station, Villupuram District is present.

4. The accused in CC.No.56 of 2014 is before this Court for a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial in a time bound manner.

5. It is seen that T.Lakshmi (L.W.1) and S.Rathinam (L.W.2) are not appearing before the trial Court to give evidence and that the trial Court had issued bailable warrant against them. Challenging the bailable warrant, they filed Crl.OP.No.6242 of 2016 to re-call the bailable warrant and this Court had https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dismissed the above said petition by a detailed order dated 24.11.2016.

6. Under such circumstances, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial in CC.No.56 of 2014 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
