Despite service, respondent is not appearing either in person or through counsel, duly instructed.

2.The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.465 of 2021 on the file of the Sub-Court, Poonamallee to the IIAdditional Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with MC.No.184 of 2021 pending on the file of the said Court. 3.Considering the fact that both the husband and wife are residents of Triplicane and Ambattur, convenience of the parties will not be in any manner altered, if the transfer as sought for is permitted. Hence, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed, HMOP.No.465 of 2021 on the file of Sub-Court, Poonamallee is withdrawn and transferred to the II-Additional Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with MC.No.184 of 2021. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
