Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to conduct enquiry and the send report to the first respondent with regard to the petitioner complaint dated 13.09.2023 as per direction issued by the first respondent vide letter No.35037/R1/2023 dated 03.10.2023 with in stipulated time as fix by this Court.

O R D E R
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to conduct an enquiry and send report to the first respondent based on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 13.09.2023 within a time fixed by this Court.
2. According to the petitioner, he submitted a rectification deed before the fourth respondent for registration and the fourth respondent raised untenable objection without any reason. In this regard, the petitioner made a 2/5
complaint to the third respondent making certain allegations against the fourth respondent. The third respondent also conducted an enquiry and sought for clarification from the fourth respondent by his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.10850/A1/2023 dated 20.02.2024. However, till date no final orders passed on the complaint made by the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, she is before this Court.
3. Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the third respondent already called for a report from the fourth respondent and final orders will be passed within a time fixed by this Court.
4. In view of the said position, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the third respondent to complete the enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.09.2023 and pass final orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
