When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main writ petition, the respondent passed an order in Na.Ka.No.1938/2024/Aa.1, dated 18.09.2025 rejecting the request made by the petitioner. The copy of the order passed by the respondent is also produced before this Court.

2. Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.1938/2024/Aa.1, dated 18.09.2025, it is for him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
