ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 10.03.2025, passed by this Court in

Crl.O.P.No.6710 of 2025, thereby directed the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.642 of 2015, pending on his file and file a final report within a period of four weeks.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.642 of 2015 and closed the same as "mistake of fact". He further submitted that the RCS notice was also served to the petitioner herein.
