By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The present petition is filed by the petitioner, who now intends to undertake a travel abroad for certain business related activities. Therefore, he applied for an emergency certificate from the passport authority. 3.M/s.K.Subbu Ranga Bharathi, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents made a statement that the emergency certificate intended has been issued to the petitioner, and the same was confirmed by the petitioner as well.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. 04.08.2023 Anu Index : Yes / No To.
