2. Captioned WMP has been filed under Rule 15 of 'Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021' [hereinafter 'Writ Rules 2021' for the sake of convenience and brevity] with a prayer to file a single writ petition.
3. Adverting to paragraph 16 of the support affidavit, Mr.R.Bharath Kumar, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners submits that the cause of action and the issue involved in the writ petition is one and the same.
