2. Learned counsel for writ petitioners submits that the petitioners were not served with a copy of the original impugned order. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to a portion of paragraph 15 of the support affidavit, which reads as follows: ''15. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.
