ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent school to issue transfer certificate to the petitioners son Shanvik and consequently permit the petitioners son to continue his education in Velammal New Gen School (CBSE).

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of this case, a compromise arrived at between the parties and the 4th respondent has agreed to issue a transfer certificate in favour of the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 02.09.2024 rli Note: Issue order copy on 03.09.2024
