1. This WMP is filed to implead the Petitioner as the 7th Respondent in the above Writ Petition.

2. This Court heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. It is stated that the Petitioner has purchased a land, measuring 2331 sq.ft.

by a registered sale deed, dated 11.12.2020, in respect of which, the above Writ Petition has been filed.

Hence, the Petitioner is a necessary party to be impleaded as the 7th Respondent in the above Writ Petition and accordingly, the Petitioner is impleaded as the 7th Respondent in the above Writ Petition. Accordingly, this WMP is allowed, as prayed for.
