The civil revision petitioner pleads that the respondent bank had issued a sale notice on 04.10.2017. Challenging the same, he invoked Section 17 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, and presented a Securitization Appeal in S.R. No. 10362 of 2017. He would state that he had paid a court fee of Rs. 1,00,605/- by way of two demand drafts drawn in favour of the Registrar, Debt Recovery Tribunal - III on 20.12.2017. Though the application had been filed in 2017, till date, the papers have neither been returned nor has it been numbered. Hence, this revision.

2. A perusal of the papers shows that an S.R. number has been provided by the registry and the demand drafts that are necessary for numbering the appeal have also been enclosed along with it. Hence, there should be a direction to the Registrar, Debt Recovery Tribunal - III to process S.R. No. 10362 of 2017 and either number the same or take such further steps as the papers required, within a period of 4 weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In the result, the civil revision petition is ordered with the above directions. No costs.
