The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner student to continue his III Semester B.E. (EEE) Course during the academic year 2013-14 and permit him to sit for the Govt Exams and publish the results to the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the relief sought for is related to the academic year 2013-14, which is already over, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
