CMP.Nos.17005 and 17007 of 2019 in S.A.No.1486 of 1999 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., The second respondent in the S.A.No.1486 of 1999 reported dead and hence, filed the applications to implead the proposed parties as R3 to R9. For non-payment of batta, these petitions seems to have been dismissed.

2. These petitions are filed to set aside the order of dismissal with condonation of delay. The condonation of delay petition Nos.787 and 789 of 2011 was ordered on 23.07.2019.

3.Heard both sides.

4.There is no serious objection raised by the respondent side. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed. 5.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the applicants and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, in the interest of justice, both petitions are allowed.

6.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
