2. This Court, by its order dated 02.09.2024 issued a direction to the first respondent to isue a fresh correct mark sheet to the petitioner as per the marks awarded by the second respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the directions, certified copy of the marks sheet has been issued to the petitioner and the same has also been published on 15.09.2025.
