[Order of the court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH.J.,] When this writ petition is taken up for hearing the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, on 23.03.2020, the Government disposed of the appeal in favour of the petitioner.

2. In view of the subsequent order passed by the Government, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and thus, the writ petition stands closed giving liberty to the contesting respondents to challenge the same, if so advised.
