When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant as well as the learned Official Assignee that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 02.08.2024, a demand draft for a sum of Rs.2,70,000/- to and in favour of the learned Official Assignee was submitted by the applicant to the learned Official Assignee. The said statement is recorded. The learned Official Assignee also indicates that no other creditors of the insolvents. In view of the aforesaid statement, no further orders are required to be made in these applications.

In view of the same, Application No. 216 of 2024 is closed and Application Nos. 217 and 218 are ordered as prayed for.
