Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to issue suitable directions by transferring the complaint in Crime No.50 of 2011 on the file of the 3rd respondent herein for fresh investigation by CBCID, Vellore District or any other competent authority under the direct supervision of the 2nd respondent herein, investigate the case afresh and file fresh charge sheet within time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the defacto complainant to order for transferring the investigation and also for fresh investigation in Crime No.50 of 2011 on the file of the third respondent to CBCID, Vellore District or to any other competent authority.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that during pendency of this petition, the third respondent has completed the investigation and filed a charge sheet. Based on the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Vellore has taken the case on file in C.C.No.116 of 2011 and after appearance of the accused, charge has been framed and one witness also examined as P.W.1 before the Trial Court and therefore, he requests to dismiss this petition as infructuous. 3.Considering the aforesaid submissions, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
