issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to release all Fixed Deposits (FD) lying to the credit of petitioners decease wife namely Dhanapackiam vide Account No.11177888912 maintained in the 3rd respondent's bank to the legal heir of Dhanapackiam by considering the petitioner's representation on 08.08.2022 along with 18% interest from the date of maturity within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to release all Fixed Deposits (FD) lying to the credit of petitioners decease wife namely Dhanapackiam vide Account No.11177888912 maintained in the 3rd respondent's bank to the legal heir of Dhanapackiam by considering the petitioner's representation on 08.08.2022 along with 18% interest from the date of maturity. 2/4

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to the effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
