O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by V.Bharathidasan, J.] The petitioner is the husband of one Mrs.M.K.Angukam. Alleging that from 20.04.2016, she was found missing, he lodged a complaint before respondents 2 and 3. Since they did not register the complaint and did not take any steps to secure the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
detenue, hence the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken for hearing, the detenue was produced before this Court. When we enquired the detenue, she has stated that she has not been detained illegally by anyone. She further stated that she went to Tiruppur on her own; staying in a hostel and working in a company. She is not willing to go with the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, we are convinced that there is no illegal detention. The Habeas Corpus Petition, therefore, stands dismissed.
