The Police has brought the Insolvent Mr.D.Raja before this Court today and have executed the Non Bailable Warrant issued by this Court in accordance with this Court's order dated 17.07.2023.

Learned counsel representing the Insolvent would submit that the Insolvent is not aware of the procedure with regard to the filing of the statement of affairs. She seeks two weeks time for filing the statement of affairs before the learned Master. The said undertaking given by the Insolvent through her counsel is recorded by this Court.

Post the matter on 04.09.2023 before the learned Master.
