2. The counsel for the defendants took exception to the allegations made against the defendants. In a matter such as this, the only reason the Court expects the parties is to move an application for producing certain documents in evidence, as to why they were not produced earlier and not more. This Court is not going to address any of the allegations if at all made in the affidavit of the applicant.
