Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitoner dated 14.05.2013 for laying road through the land in S.No.7/5 Sakkarathamarai village and S.No.19/8 Nariyampattu village to enable the villager of Sakkarathamarai village to avail bus transport and also path way to reach cemetery for Adi Dravidars, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The matter pertains to laying of road, which falls within the administrative domain of the concerned authorities and the financial feasibility thereof. Thus, the representation of the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 14.05.2013 for laying of the road may be disposed of within a maximum period three months of the receipt of this order, if the road has not already been laid. If laid, intimation be sent to the petitioner within the same period of time. This will not be a cause for any further public interest litigation on this issue.
