Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MANIKANDHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17279 of 2021 on 20.09.2021.

2. Earlier, the petitioner has filed the relaxation petition in Crl.MP.No.11029 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.17279 of 2021, and the same was dismissed by this Hon'ble Court for the reason that the petitioner has not complied the said condition.

3. Now, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
