ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] The petitioner claims to be husband of one Suriya, aged about 20 years. According to him, he had fallen in love with her and married her on 10.03.2016. Now, on the allegation that she has been illegally detained by the 3rd respondent, who is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the father of the detenue, he has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

Today, when the matter was taken up, there was no representation for the petitioner. The 2nd respondent produced the detenue before this Court. The 3rd respondent also appeared along with his Counsel.

When we enquired, the detenue submitted that she has not been detained by her father. She is staying with her father on her own volition.
