This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP No.33408 of 2023 dated 17.04.2025.

There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of the court has been complied with and a compliance affidavit has been filed by the respondents. He would further submit that Death Cum Retirement Gratuity (DCRG) amount alone remains to be paid to the petitioner.
