Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records of the 2nd respondent comprising Na.Mu.Ka.Vu.Ni. No.4/7295/2003 dated 27.11.2003 and quash the same and direct the 4th respondent to receive and register the documents produced by the petitioner with respect to survey No.108 1A1A1A1A6 to an extent of 61 cents in Tuticorin Village, Ponsubbiah Nagar, Tuticorin Rural Panchayat within the Sub-registration District of the Sub Registrar, Tuticorin Keelur, Tuticorin Taluk & District, for registration and release the same after due registration.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, W.P.M.P.Nos.13976,13978 & 13980 of 2004 are closed. No costs.
