ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 01.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.17188 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.05.2023, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry and passed order by the proceeding dated 04.08.2025. He also produced a copy of the order dated 04.08.2025, before this Court. 3.
