This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police to register an F.I.R based on the complaint, dated 07.03.2022 in pursuant to the orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.20625 of 2022, dated 19.12.2022 by the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted, an F.I.R is registered in Crime No.160 of 2023 on 20.08.2023 for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b) and 506(1) of I.P.C on the file of the respondent Police.
