2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original of a 'notice dated 16.07.2024 bearing reference Na.Ka.No.2383/2024/F1-2' {hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity}.

3. Mr.G.Magesh Kumar, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner is before this Court.

4. Adverting to paragraph No.9 of the support affidavit, learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that only copy of impugned notice has been affixed in the premises of writ petitioner. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to paragraph No.9 of the support affidavit, which reads as follows:

5. Owing to the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and nature of the matter on hand, the above reason is accepted for the limited purpose of dispense with prayer in captioned WMP without expressing any other opinion in this order.
