Jayachandra Reddy and others represented by their Power of Attorney Agent M/s. Olympia Merlin Developers Private Limited, registered as Document No. 14205 of 2018 dated 18.12.2018 forthwith.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, states that the Petitioner can collect the documents that had been presented for registration on payment of deficit charges of Rs.460/- and he has produced a copy of the letter Na. Ka. No. 153/2019 dated 07.08.2019 in that regard. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner made an endorsement acknowledging its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed recording the aforesaid subsequent developments.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
