ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.363 of 2020 on the file of 1/4

the respondent Police and to file Final Report within stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and Final Report has been filed as against two accused persons. Insofar as A2 is concerned, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Hosur and it has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.33 of 2022. Insofar as A1 is concerned, the Final Report has been filed before the Juvenile Justice Board, Krishnagiri and it has been taken on file in J.C.No.40 of 2023.

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
