Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2293 days in representing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.9876 of 2019.

2. Since the petition is filed to condone the delay of 2293 days in representing the Appeal, the petition in C.M.P.No.15888 of 2025 is allowed. At the same time, the Petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 2293 days.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order.
