Both the petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the CRPs.

2. Despite notice served on the respondents and their names were printed in the cause list none appeared for the respondents.

3. Considering the nature of the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed along with these petitions and taking note of the dispute between the parties, both the petitions are Ordered and the delay is condoned.
